Farmealthy Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Farmealthy, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. While we do not encourage returns or refunds once an order is confirmed, we are committed to addressing any issues that may arise in a fair and timely manner. Below is the policy for handling specific concerns related to your order.

1. Refund and Return Policy

• General Policy:

• Once the product is delivered, we will not accept return or refund requests. However, we will assist you promptly in              case of specific issues, ensuring an appropriate resolution that benefits both parties.

1.1. Damaged Product:

       If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing                                                                           info.pndeximindia@gmail.com

       Include the following details in your email:

   • Order number and a photo of the invoice

   • 1 image of the outer packaging

   • 2 clear photos of the damaged product

       Resolution:

   • If your order contains multiple products, only the damaged item will be replaced.

   • We aim to send a replacement product promptly.

   • You will receive a response within 24-48 hours, and our team will provide full support to ensure the issue is resolved.

    1.2. Missing Product:

    If any product is missing from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via

    info.pndeximindia@gmail.com with:

  • Order number and a photo of the invoice

  • 1 image of the outer packaging

  • 2 images showing the opened box with all received items

     Resolution:

  • Refunds will not be issued for missing items. However, we will send the missing product promptly.

  • Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to assist with the issue.

  1.3. Spoiled Product:

  For products that appear spoiled, notify us within 10 days of delivery by emailing

   info.pndeximindia@gmail.com with:

  • Order number and the packaging/manufacturing date

  • Clear photos or a video showing the condition of the product

    Important Note:

  • Variations in color, texture, taste, or aroma are natural, as our products are handcrafted and made from 100% natural            ingredients. These differences do not indicate spoilage or poor quality.

  • If spoilage is confirmed, we will replace the product after a thorough review.

     You will receive a response within 24-48 hours, and we will ensure a fair outcome.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations:

     If you change your mind, you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our facility, A full refund will           be initiated instantly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Important:

     Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched from our facility.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

     Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective due to our error.

  • Return Process:

  o Initiate a return request by emailing us at info.pndeximindia@gmail.com within 8 days of delivery.

  o Include product photos showing the issue and a copy of the invoice in your email.

  • Conditions for Returns:

  o All returned items must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging and receipts intact.

  o Return requests are subject to approval after verification by our team.
